You may miss the team without wanting the job back. You may be home more without feeling settled there. Your calendar may be quieter while your body still waits for the next call.
The After: New Braunfels is a weekend experiential for veterans, law-enforcement professionals and first responders who have left service, are retiring or are actively preparing for that transition.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Who The After: New Braunfels is for
The After: New Braunfels is for veterans and current or former public-safety professionals who are preparing to leave a service role or adjusting to life after it.
The group may include military veterans, retired or former law-enforcement professionals, firefighters, EMS professionals, dispatchers, corrections professionals, and first responders preparing for retirement or separation.
No combat history, PTSD diagnosis or recent separation date is required.

What we may explore together
The experiential moves through a conceptual arc without requiring you to share detailed stories about what happened during your service.
What I had to become.
What happened when the structure disappeared.
Which rules followed me out.
What still serves me.
What costs me now.
What do I want to choose for myself?
The stance is not that military or service adaptations are inherently unhealthy. Vigilance, compartmentalization, mission focus, emotional control, self-reliance, hierarchy, pushing through, and responsibility for others all had a job.
Some may still serve you. Some may now cost you something. Participants get to examine what they want to keep, change, or continue figuring out.
SCHEDULE
Dates, location and capacity
Main experience: Friday, December 4, 2026 · 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. CT
Integration: Saturday, December 5, 2026 · 10:00–11:00 a.m. CT
In person at Sparrows Collective, 647 South Seguin Ave, New Braunfels, TX.
Minimum 4 participants. Limited to 8.

This in-person group is intentionally limited to 8 participants.
WEEKEND STRUCTURE
How the weekend is structured
Day 1 (3 hours): Arrival and orientation, exploring what you had to become, a break, what changed when service ended, the rules that followed you out, what still serves you and what costs you now, and a grounding closing.
Day 2 (1 hour): Return and orient, notice what stayed with you, integration rather than another extended processing session, reflection on what to keep, what to carry differently, and what you are still figuring out, and grounding for next steps.
The structure is shared so you know what to expect. The public copy communicates the experience without overexplaining the clinical mechanics.

Complete a Brief Fit Consultation
A $40 conversation with Sasha about what is bringing you to the experiential and whether the format appears to fit. - 03
Receive an Invitation if the Experiential Is Appropriate
If the experiential appears to be a fit, Sasha will invite you to continue. The $40 consultation is credited toward the $350 tuition. - 04
Complete Enrollment and Payment
Review the private consent and enrollment information and confirm your place. The remaining $310 is completed through a private checkout link. - 05
Attend the Weekend Experiential
Friday, December 4, 2026 and Saturday, December 5, 2026 in New Braunfels, TX.
Investment
The $350 investment includes both the 3-hour main session and the 1-hour next-day integration.
A $40 consultation is collected first and credited toward the $350 tuition for accepted participants, leaving a $310 balance completed through a private checkout link.
Private pay. No superbills. If the consultation indicates that the experiential is not an appropriate fit, or you decide not to continue, nothing further is due. Complete financial and cancellation terms are reviewed before enrollment and payment.
About Sasha
Sasha Flores is a licensed clinical social worker who served in the U.S. Army and previously worked in law enforcement and first-response environments. She brings both clinical experience and lived familiarity with the cultures surrounding service, transition and coming home.
This shared background does not mean Sasha will assume that everyone’s experience is the same. The experiential leaves room for differences in role, identity, service history, family life and what leaving has meant.
