In San Antonio, I offer focused individual and couples therapy intensives for people who want more time, continuity and space to work without rushing. Extended 90- and 120-minute ongoing therapy sessions are also available for work that benefits from more room than a traditional therapy hour.
In-person appointments are available by appointment at two Luzia Therapy Suites locations in San Antonio, with virtual care available throughout Texas, Oregon, Washington and Colorado.
Therapy Intensives

Therapy intensives create a larger, protected block of time for preparation, focused therapeutic work and integration. They may be especially helpful when weekly sessions feel too fragmented, when you are traveling for specialized care or when you want dedicated space to work with a specific concern.
