What LMSW Supervision Groups Are For
Group supervision is for LMSWs who want real case consultation and clinical development, not just a signature on a form. The focus is on the cases that are actually sitting with you, the clinical decisions you're making, and the skills you're building.
Group supervision is clinical supervision, not therapy, and not a substitute for individual supervision if your situation requires it.
