Registration Acknowledgment: Beyond the Uniform Thursday, December 10, 2026 · 12:00–1:30 p.m. Central · 90 minutes · Live virtual · $85 I am registering for Beyond the Uniform: EMDR Consultation With Military Service Members & Veterans, a live 90-minute clinical consultation facilitated by Sasha Flores, LCSW-S, PMH-C. I am a mental health clinician with EMDR training. I understand that this is professional clinical consultation and is not psychotherapy, not individual clinical supervision, not EMDRIA credentialing consultation, and not continuing education or formal training. No EMDRIA consultation hours or CE credit are offered. I will not disclose identifying client information. Any case or question I share will be de-identified, and I will not share client names, locations, dates of birth, or other identifying details. I understand that group confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, that I will not record the session, and that consultation does not replace my clinical supervision, licensure requirements, or my own independent professional judgment. Individual case review is not guaranteed for every participant. The registration fee is $85. If I cancel at least 48 hours before the session begins, the fee will be refunded. A cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show is nonrefundable. If Sasha Flores Therapy cancels the session, I may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later offering if one is available. This session is not designed to respond to an immediate crisis. If I need urgent assistance, I will use appropriate emergency or crisis services rather than relying on the session or the registration channel.
