Cancellation & Refund Policy

The consultation is $40 for 30 minutes. The non-diagnostic Retreat Clinical Evaluation & Readiness Review is $175 for 50 minutes, paid upfront. Completed appointments are nonrefundable if you aren’t accepted or choose not to proceed. Neither appointment guarantees acceptance or reserves a place.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With that notice, you may receive a full refund or move your payment to the replacement appointment.

For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments, the appointment fee is retained, with no additional penalty. That forfeited payment does not count toward your retreat reservation; a replacement appointment requires its own payment.

If I cancel, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling. I may make an exception for an emergency, but exceptions are not automatic.

If you cancel after enrolling, the credited $40 consultation and $175 evaluation payments and the $285 reservation balance together make up the $500 nonrefundable reservation amount—not $715. They are part of your $3,450 retreat total. Where entry appointments were not needed or paid, the $500 reservation rule applies to actual payments; there is no credit for unpaid appointments.

If you cancel before February 10, 2027, we will refund any retreat payments you have made beyond the $500 reservation payment.

For example, if you have paid $1,500 and cancel during this window, $1,000 may be refunded and your $500 reservation payment is retained.

If you cancel from February 10 through February 28, 2027, we will refund 50% of any retreat payments you have made beyond the $500 reservation payment.

For example, if you have paid $2,500 and cancel during this window, $1,000 may be refunded (50% of the $2,000 paid beyond your reservation payment), and your $500 reservation payment is retained.

Beginning March 1, 2027, all retreat payments are nonrefundable.

If you are on an active payment plan, canceling your attendance does not automatically cancel your remaining payment obligation. Your remaining scheduled payments remain due under your retreat agreement.

Any exception requires Sasha's manual approval.

If Sasha or Sasha Flores Therapy (Horizons of Hope Counseling, PLLC) cancels the retreat, including for insufficient enrollment, enrolled participants receive a full refund of all payments toward the retreat, including credited $40 consultation and $175 evaluation payments. Remaining installments stop. Completed appointments remain nonrefundable for people who were not accepted or chose not to enroll.

Sasha Flores Therapy is not responsible for reimbursing airfare, transportation, lodging arranged outside the retreat, or other travel-related expenses.

Because these expenses are separate from the retreat investment, participants are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance.

If something changes before the retreat, we’ll look at whether this setting still fits what you need. I’ll explain my recommendation, and we’ll review payments and next steps separately. Having paid does not mean you should attend when the setting no longer fits.

A refund or payment adjustment is not automatically issued or denied. Sasha determines the appropriate financial resolution based on the circumstances and your participant agreement.
