Mom Parts Salon — Participation Acknowledgment Friday, November 13, 2026 · 12:00–2:00 p.m. Central · The Sparrows Collective, 647 S Seguin Ave, New Braunfels, TX 78130 · $75 I’m registering for an in-person, two-hour Mom Parts Salon facilitated by Sasha Flores. The Salon is an experiential and psychoeducational gathering for mothers. It is grounded in Jessica Tomich Sorci’s Mothercentered / Mom Parts work. Sasha has completed Mothercentered Foundational Training and is continuing through the certification process. I understand that this Salon is not psychotherapy, a clinical assessment, trauma processing, or crisis care. Joining it does not by itself make me a psychotherapy client of Sasha Flores Therapy or establish a new therapist-client relationship. If I already receive therapy from Sasha, my participation in the Salon is separate from that care. The Salon is not a place for individualized diagnosis or treatment recommendations. An exercise or conversation may bring up emotions, memories, body sensations, thoughts, or personal material. I decide what, if anything, I share. I can pass on an exercise, pause, step out, or limit my disclosure without having to explain why. The facilitator may redirect a conversation to keep the gathering within its educational scope. I will respect other participants’ privacy. I will not repeat someone else’s identifying story outside the group, record the gathering, or photograph or post about another participant without their separate permission. I understand that SFT will ask everyone to honor this expectation but cannot guarantee what another participant will do after the Salon. The Salon is not designed to respond to an immediate crisis. If I need urgent assistance, I will use appropriate emergency or crisis services rather than relying on the event or registration contact channel for that purpose. If an urgent situation occurs at the venue, the facilitator may pause the event and seek emergency assistance. The registration fee is $75. If I cancel at least 48 hours before the Salon begins, it will be refunded. A cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show is nonrefundable. If Sasha Flores Therapy cancels the Salon, I may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later Mom Parts Salon if one is available; my registration will not be transferred automatically. No partial-attendance refund, automatic credit, or automatic transfer is promised. I have reviewed the event date, start time and time zone, venue, price, and these terms. I can contact Sasha directly at horizonsofhope@pm.me with a cancellation question or an accessibility or logistical request without providing a diagnosis.
