Monthly, standalone consultations for EMDR-trained clinicians. Each session focuses on one clinical topic, with case consultation and discussion throughout.

The Series

EMDR consultation, one topic at a time.

Bring a case, a question, or something you keep thinking about after a session.

Each month, we’ll spend 90 minutes on a particular part of EMDR work. I’ll introduce the topic, then we’ll work through cases and questions together. You can bring something from your practice or join the discussion without presenting.

Register for the sessions that fit your work. You don’t need to attend them all.

For clinicians who have completed an EMDRIA-approved EMDR basic training.

How the series works

One topic, one session.

  • Live virtual, 90 minutes.
  • Each session stands alone, with separate registration.
  • $85 per clinician, per session. No package and no commitment to the series.
  • A brief topic introduction, followed by case consultation and discussion.
  • Presenting a case is optional. Sasha will have an example ready.
  • Participants must have completed an EMDRIA-approved EMDR basic training.

  • Most of the session is case consultation and discussion.
  • You can bring something from your practice or join without presenting.
  • Clinical questions are optional, and cases are discussed in de-identified form only.

Registration + Participation

What to know before you register

  • Registration is per session. Each session is $85, and registering for one does not enroll you in the others.
  • Completion of an EMDRIA-approved EMDR basic training is required to register.
  • Bringing a case is optional. Clinical questions are optional too, and you can join the discussion without presenting.
  • Do not share identifying client information in registration, email, or discussion. Cases are discussed in de-identified form only.
  • What is discussed in a session is expected to stay there, but confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed. Sessions are not recorded, and participants agree not to record.
  • Clinical consultation is not formal supervision, psychotherapy, EMDRIA credentialing consultation, or continuing education. No CE credit is offered for these sessions.
  • Registration terms, fee, and the cancellation policy for a session are listed on that session’s registration page. Register separately for each session you want to attend.

Sasha’s clinical work includes complex PTSD and PTSD, dissociation, OCD, perinatal and postpartum mental health, early and developmental trauma, chronic pain, medical trauma, moral injury, and grief.

She served in the U.S. Army and has also worked in law enforcement and first responder roles, experiences that inform her work with clinicians supporting military service members, veterans, and others working within high-demand systems.

Individual consultation gives us dedicated time to slow down and think through a case, clinical question, treatment plan, target, or place where the work feels unclear.

You do not need to have the case figured out before consultation. That is part of what consultation is for.

INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION

Can consultation with you count toward EMDRIA certification?

Yes. As an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, I can provide up to 15 consultation hours toward certification. At least five hours and the required consultant recommendation must come from an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. Tell me if you’re working toward certification so we can plan accordingly.

Individual consultation is separate from the series. The series does not provide EMDRIA certification hours.
